The literary pirate blog was started because I decided to challenge myself to read 30 books or more in 2013. Why? well I love books, I love reading them, smelling them, sorting them and reviewing them.
After having read about 8 books I decided I needed somewhere to write down my reviews and thoughts about the books I've read. This blog is mostly for me, but if anyone finds it entertaining or worth reading it would be a lovely bonus.
I mostly read Fantasy books (epic, urban, YA, you name it), but every now and then I deviate from my preferred genre and wander warily into something completely different.
So shiver me timbers and all that jazz, let's talk books!
